Every manner of indulgence and comfort will be provided, along with all expenses covered. You will be flown out to Narita and then transferred to Yokohama. There, a ferry awaits your arrival, which will escort you to my home,<\/em>Y\u014djo e no Manazashi <\/em>(<\/em>\u5996\u5973\u3078\u306e\u773c\u5dee\u3057<\/em>). I eagerly anticipate your arrival and hope that you enjoy your stay.<\/em>\u2014 S. Yamamura<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A young private investigator, Ry\u016bsuke Yasumichi, received a vague yet enticing letter from a wealthy heiress, allowing him the rare opportunity of mingling among the higher class. It wasn’t in him to refuse such a generous offer. He finds himself on an offshoot of the Izu Islands, in a mansion where the old haunts of western fantasy had come to roost. Among those tales is that of the exiled witch, Ceridwen Morgen, a spell-weaver from a time long past who looks down at humanity with a contemptuous eye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it’s just a story, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if such a witch could make her way through the gaps of unreality, to creep in where she hasn’t been invited?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
